If you're thinking about combining a bracelet and bead charms purchased from us, please leave a note with your preferences for assembly. If no note is provided, I'll design it in a way I think looks best. You can also request free elastic string if you prefer to DIY.

Note: It is not recommended for bead charm to be transformed into a clasp charm.

1.  Keep them dry. Avoid getting any hairspray, perfume or lotion on them.

2. Store your jewelry individually in an airtight container or ziplock bag.

3. Clean jewelry with a jewelry cloth after each use to remove skin oils and makeup.

4. Avoid sleeping in jewelry, which may cause jewelry to bend or even break.

5. Remember that with jewelry, they should always be the last thing you put on, and the first thing you take off.

6. Treating your jewelry with gentle care will keep it looking like new!

 Every piece of jewelry comes in a jewelry box or jewelry zip-lock bag, keeping your jewelry safe and beautiful.

• Outside of Singapore: S$12, complimentary for orders above S$200

Dispatches within 2-3 business days from Singapore. Please note that personalized or customized items, including resizing, may require additional processing time.

Orders are shipped mainly using SingPost Registered Mail, Ninjavan or Qxpress. Orders are usually delivered within 2 business days for deliveries within Singapore, and between 8-18 business days for deliveries outside of Singapore.

If there are any taxes or duties imposed by your customs, you are responsible for covering those costs.
