SHIPPING IN SINGAPORE (LOCAL)

There is free shipping for orders above SGD $60 within Singapore, otherwise shipping fee is SGD $3.50. Orders will be shipped using SingPost Tracked Letterbox delivery and Smartpac.

SingPost Tracked Letterbox and Smartpac packages will reach you within 2-5 working days* from the day it's posted. The package will be delivered to your letterbox and saves you the hassle of having to retrieve your package at the Post Office or POPstation.​

SHIPPING OUTSIDE SINGAPORE (INTERNATIONAL)

We provide free shipping for eligible orders for destinations outside of Singapore. 

​

- Australia: SGD $300 and above (7-16 working days*)

- Europe: SGD $350 and above (10-18 working days*)

- Indonesia: SGD $300 and above (7-16 working days*)

- Malaysia: SGD $150 and above (5-12 working days*)

- USA: SGD $350 and above (10-18 working days*)

However, if your place is further from main cities, please allow more time for the items to reach you.

For orders below the free shipping threshold, the following shipping rates apply:

- Australia: SGD $25

- Europe: SGD $35

- Indonesia: SGD $25

- Malaysia: SGD $7

- USA: SGD $45

Do note that the shipping charges you pay do not include charges such as custom duties, taxes and etc, should they be payable.  Navy Jade is not liable for any customs duties or taxes imposed by your country.
